Alex Vitale
Trumpet (Level 1–6) • Piano (Level 1–4)
Alex Vitale has been honing his craft on
the trumpet and piano for the past 13
years. He is a recent graduate of the University of Tampa with a Bachelors Degree
in Music. Having studied both jazz and
classical music, Alex is an advanced music
theorist with an understanding of a broad
range of musical genres.
Alex has performed with a multitude of different groups including the University of
Tampa Wind Ensemble, Big Band, and
Brass Ensemble, and has performed all
over the Tampa Bay Area. He has
achieved career highlights such as performing at New York's famed Carnegie
Hall, acting as the Musical Director for the
Pi Mu chapter in Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia at
UOT, and performing piano with a Jazz
combo for President Obama at his Tampa,
FL Town Hall Meeting.
As a New York native, Alex has participated in NYSSMA festivals and knows what
it takes for your child to be successful under adjudication. With years of experience
in teaching students of all ages and skill
levels, Alex is looking forward to sharing his
passion for music with many students to
Music School Inc.
